Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All items are sent from Bowral, NSW using Australia Post.

Domestic Shipping

Your items will be shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post depending on the option chosen. Prices start at $15.00 for Standard Shipping and $20.00 for Express Shipping Australia wide. For all orders over $200 shipping is free. Once sent you will receive a tracking number. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, and Express Post usually takes from 1-2 business days depending on the destination.

Zero G Gear takes no responsibility for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been deemed DELIVERED following the tracking number provided.

International Shipping

International orders will be sent via Australia Post and will be trackable for the duration of travel.

International Shipping is $40.00.

Some parcels may incur a Customs or Clearance fee such as GST, VAT etc. This is calculated in accordance to each countries laws and are NOT dictated by Zero G Gear.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal to create a safe, quick and easy payment system. PayPal accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards or alternatively pay through your PayPal account directly.

What is your return policy?

Zero G Gear's return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have lapsed since the date of purchase, we won't be able to accept the returned item/s.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused condition / the condition in which the item was received, including the original packaging where applicable.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase before a refund or return can be made.

 

Warranty

Zero G Gear has a limited 2 year warranty against manufacturing faults, material failure or design fault.

This does not include punctures or tears caused by general wear or from using the product for an unintended purpose. 


Most items however can usually be repaired by the user using either the supplied repair kit or purchased repair kits. 

Due to the ultralight nature of our products wear and tear is expected however if care is taken most items will last many seasons of use.

If an item is damaged by user error or otherwise, and the item is irreparable by the user please feel free the contact us and we will work with you to try and get you and your gear back on trail as soon as possible.

Refunds

Upon sending the item back to us we will inspect each item. After either approving or denying a refund, an email will be sent to you outline why we have made our decision.


If a refund is approved we will return your funds via the method used for purchase. All refunds are less shipping costs.
